The Petitioner and his Counsel are present. The Petitioner had filed pursis stating therein that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. They have filed terms of compromise dated 12/9/2024 duly signed by the parties and their Advocates on record. Therefore, the Petitioner does not want to prosecute this Petition. The Respondent Nos.2 to 6 have no objection for withdrawal of the Petition. The Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of as withdrawn in terms of compromise deed.
