Heard Shri Fule, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Maldhure, learned APP for respondent No.1.

It appears that inadvertently the direction, not to take coercive steps against the applicants, has not been incorporated in the order dated 29.01.2016.

Hence, that direction is added to said order. With the result, respondent No. 1 is restrained from taking any coercive steps against the applicants, till returnable date.

Application is allowed accordingly.

An ordinary copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel for the applicants.
