Our attention is invited to the communication dated 2nd September, 2024 issued by the office of the respondent no.4 to the office of the respondent no.3 seeking clarification/guidance.

We are informed that the said proposal is still pending with the Commissioner i.e. respondent no.3 to the petition. 4.

In view of above, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.3 to communicate the decision taken on communication dated 2nd September, 2024 produced at Annexure-15 expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order and shall communicate to the same not only to the petitioner but also to the office of respondent no.4. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. 6.

Needless to clarify that in case if the order of the respondent nos.3 and 4 is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be open for him to approach afresh before this Court.
