Heard.
The learned counsel for the respondent-Zilla Parishad points out that though this Court had, by an order dated 09.06.2015, admitted the writ petition and rejected the prayer for grant of interim relief, the petitioners have filed an application for final disposal of the writ petition on 02.02.2016. It is stated that the application for final disposal is based on the same judgment that was relied on by the learned counsel for the petitioners while working out the matter on 09.06.2015 when this Court issued Rule but, declined to grant interim relief. It is stated on behalf of the respondent-Zilla Parishad that it is not proper on the part of the petitioners to move an application for final disposal of the writ petition on the basis of the same judgment that was referred to, while seeking the interim relief on 09.06.2015.
At this stage, Shri Meghe, the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the civil application.
WP755-14 Permission is granted.
The civil application is disposed of as withdrawn. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
