Shri Parchure, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court today, states that the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition challenging the rejection of the application for voluntarily retirement, as the petitioner is ready to face the inquiry. It is stated that a direction may be issued to the respondent-management to complete the inquiry as early as possible.

On the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent-management to complete the inquiry against the petitioner and take appropriate decision within a period of three months from the date of the constitution of the committee, as even, according to the provisions of the Rules, the inquiry is required to be concluded within the said period. The respondent-management should constitute the committee within a period of two weeks. The petitioner should send the name of her nominee within the said period.
