DATED : 14 - 9This application is preferred seeking amendment of the application in order to incorporate challenge to the charge-sheet which is filed during the pendency of the application.

The submission is that despite the order dated 13-9-2019 which restrains the Investigating Officer to file charge-sheet without leave of the Court, the charge-sheet is filed.

While we permit the applicant to amend the application, we further direct the Investigating Officer to file an affidavit explaining why the leave of the Court was not sought.

The amendment be carried out within the next three working days.

Affidavit shall be filed within a week.

6.

If the affidavit is not filed within a week, the Investigating Officer shall remain personally present before this Court on 26-9-2022.

7.

Stand over to 26-9-2022.
