Heard Shri Gandhi, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri S.B. Ahirkar, learned APP for respondent No. 1.

We find that the exemption, if any, in relation to any accused, can be applied for before the trial Court in accordance with law. Hence, without observing anything on merits of the controversy, we refuse to intervene in our extra ordinary jurisdiction almost after two years of filing of charge sheet.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
