Shri A.M. Kadukar, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.1-Committee, on instructions, states that on 5-9-2013, the caste claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Halba' Scheduled Tribe was negated by the Committee, as the caste certificate of the petitioner was found to be bogus.

The said order passed by the respondent No.1-Committee was numbered as DD/TCSC/AMT/5-ST/2012/14445.

Shri P.R. Parsodkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, informs that the order of the respondent No.1-Committee is taken on record. He submits that the services of the petitioner are already taken on supernumerary post.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition, as the counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has instructions to question the order of the Committee.
