2 cao258.15 rd January, 2015 and the appellants were required to pay the court fees till 9 th February, 2015. The civil application is misconceived. However, considering the facts of the case, specially the statement made on behalf of the appellants that the appellant no.1 is a cancer patient, the lapse on the part of the appellants in complying with the order is condoned. The learned advocate for the appellants submits that amount of costs has been paid to the learned advocate for the respondent no.2 on 29 th January, 2015 and that the court fees would be paid within two weeks from today. The undertaking given on behalf of the appellants to pay the court fees within two weeks is accepted. The civil application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
