Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

From the oral argument advanced at the bar, as we understood, the Petitioner is seeking parity in pay with the permanent workers/daily-wage workers, working in the Respondent No.2- University. However, there is no such assertion that the parity is sought with the permanent workers/daily-wage workers. It is not averred that the work carried out by both the categories is the same. It is also not averred that with which category the Petitioner is seeking parity.

In view of this position, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a
