01st March, 2017 The claimants seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. Perused the impugned judgment.

Considering the aspect of multiplier applicable and other challenges raised by the appellant, the claimants are permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.6,00,000-00 [rupees six lakhs only] on filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. The remaining amount shall be invested in a Fixed Deposit.

Civil Application is disposed of.
