The learned Counsel for Applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the amount of compensation. He states that the cheque will be deposited in the Registry within a week. 2.

In light of the said statement, interim relief is extended, till disposal of appeal.

It is made clear that in the event, the amount is not deposited, the said order shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

Both the Civil Applications stand disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.1428 OF 2021.

By this application, the Applicant/Acquiring Body has sought to condone the delay of 627 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 6.

Shri. R. J. Shinde, learned Counsel for contesting Respondent No.1 has no objection.

In light of the said statement and in view of the reasons

12 CAF-1428-2021 stated in the application, delay is condoned. Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any. 8.

Application stands disposed of.
