Shri Dharmadhikari, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents, states that grievance of the petitioner must have been redressed as the Government has taken a decision in terms of the Resolution dated 8/4/2015 and the School of the petitioner has started receiving 100% grant-in-aid for 50 students. It is stated that it is possible that because the orders are complied with during the pendency of the contempt petition, the petitioner must not be interested in prosecuting the same.

In view of the statement made on behalf of respondents, we find that it will not be proper to proceed with the contempt petition any longer. It is most likely that grievance of the petitioner is redressed as the School

2/3 of the petitioner has started receiving 100% grant-in-aid in respect of 50 students. Hence, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
