The learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that since remedy of filing of appeal against the decision taken on 23.09.2024 is available in terms of Clause 33-A of the Government Resolution dated 03.07.2019, the petitioner would prefer appeal.

Hence, with liberty to prefer an appeal as provided under Clause 33-A of Government Resolution dated 03.07.2019 within a period of three weeks from today, the writ petition is disposed of. Needless to state that if such appeal is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
