The applicant-claimant has already withdrawn 50% of the decretal amount, which was already deposited. The acquiring body thereafter deposited remaining 50% amount, of which withdrawal is sought.

The claim of withdrawal of the amount is objected.

In the interest of justice, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court upon filing of usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
