By this application, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount as they have attained the age of majority.

At the relevant time, respondent Nos.2 and 3 were minor, therefore, the amount of their share was deposited in Fixed Deposit along with interest accrued thereon in view of order passed on 08/07/2019. 4.
Now they have attained the age of majority, and therefore, seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount. The application is supported by the copy of the Adhar Card, which shows that they have attained the age of majority.

In view of that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited as Fixed Deposit along with accrued interest thereon in view

Civil application is disposed of.
FIRST APPEAL NO.1336 OF 2019 The appellant to supply copy of the appeal memo to the respondents.

The appellant to file private paper book within eight weeks.
