The respondent nos.1 to 4/applicants have filed this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

It appears that the applicant nos.2 and 3 are minor. Therefore, their share cannot be permitted to be withdrawn till they attain majority.

Hence, the applicant nos.1 and 4 only are permitted to withdraw the amount of their 1/4th share each, deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company in this Court.
