Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. The petitioner has remedy of challenging the order impugned, by filing an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, as is provided under the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samitis (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964.

We, therefore, permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer such an appeal. All questions are left open for consideration. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
