Claimant Nos.1A to 1F, who are legal heirs of respondent No.1, seek directions to disburse amount of compensation. Respondent No.1 is dead.

By order dated 22.9.2021, respondent No.1 was already permitted to withdraw the amount. However, due to death of respondent No.1, the said amount was not withdrawn. Now, legal heirs are already brought on record.

In this view of the matter, Registry is directed to disburse 50% amount on surety and 50% amount on usual undertaking to claimants along with accrued interest on due verification and identification.

The application is disposed of.
