Civil Application (F) No.671/2015:

This application is for stay to the execution of the judgment and order dated 05.10.2003 passed in Land Acquisition Case No.15 of 2010 by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gondia. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the entire amount of compensation is already deposited in the Court with interest. In view thereof, this application is allowed and the execution of the impugned judgment and order is stayed till the decision of this appeal.
