NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR WRIT PETITION NO. 83 OF 2005 (Dr. Milind Suryakant Vyawahare vs. State of Maharashtra and another) __________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's orders or directions and Registrar's orders.
CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI AND KUM. INDIRA JAIN, JJ.
DATED : JUNE 8, 2016 Heard Adv. Parchure for petitioner and Shri Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.
Adv. Parchure submits that despite best efforts, petitioner could not be contacted and hence, he is not in a position to make a definite statement whether grievance of petitioner still survives or not. Shri Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that petitioner wanted admission to Super Speciality Course as an in-service candidate before rendering five years of bond service. The same was denied to him in 2003-04. He contends that due to passage of time, petitioner may not be interested in staking claim to that admission now. He further submits that petitioner may have after
0806wp83.05 2/2 completing period of five years of bond service, taken admission and completed the course.
We do not wish to go into these complex issues at this stage. We dismiss the writ petition as infructuous. Rule is discharged. No costs.
