DATE : AUGUST 27 , 2015.
Heard.
The learned counsel for the parties state that the issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition No.7106 of 2013 and the Aurangabad Bench of this Court, has by the judgment dated 09.05.2014, partly allowed the writ petition and issued certain directions to the State Government. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed, if similar direction as issued by Clause (iii) of the operative order of the judgment dated 09.05.2014 in Writ Petition No.7106 of 2013 is issued, in this case also. Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners stands granted by the judgment dated 09.05.2014 in Writ Petition No.7106 of 2013, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the State Government to give due weightage to the experience gained by the petitioners, as also the requisite qualification, while making fresh appointment.
Order accordingly. No costs.
