By order dated 13.2.2023, this Court noted that notice issued to respondent No.6 is served. However, it is brought to notice of this Court that Track Report shows that notice issued to respondent No.6 is not delivered.

The application is filed by the appellant to serve respondent No.6 by paper publication. As per contention of the appellant, efforts are taken to serve the said respondent, but the notice was not served and, therefore, the appellant seeks permission to serve respondent No.6 by substituted service through paper publication in daily newspaper viz. "Lokmat". 3.

In this view of the matter, the appellant is permitted to serve respondent No.6 by paper publication viz. "Lokmat" widely circulated.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs.Shamsi Haider submitted a report and states notice issued to respondent No.3, who is in jail, is duly serve. However, none appears for .....2/-
