Learned Counsel for both the sides, on instructions, make a statement that the impugned orders be set aside and the applications in question be relegated back to the trial Court for decision afresh and for passing reasoned order in accordance with law.

In view of above, petition stands allowed. Impugned orders are set aside. Relevant applications are relegated back to learned trial Court for decision afresh. It is expected from the learned trial Court that all the applications are decided in accordance with law and after recording the reasons for the decision.

Learned Counsel for both the sides request for expeditious disposal of the suit. The suit is pending for last 15
