Time for completion of the proceedings already stood expired as back as on 30.1.2016.

By this Application, time of six months is sought. The matter is very old. The reasons given by the Rent Controller in paragraph 2 of the Application may be good reasons, but equally there is responsibility on him to carry out the directions of this Court, especially when this litigation relates to the year 1987-88.

Hence, by way of last chance, I grant time upto 31st May 2016 and the Rent Controller shall not ask for any extension thereafter.
