By this application, the applicants are seeking condonation of 246 days delay in filing first appeal. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned counsel for non-applicant no.2.

Learned counsel for non-applicant no.2/Insurance Company vehemently opposed the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application coupled with the fact that the appeal is for enhancement of compensation in motor accident claim petition, a case is out for condonatin of delay of 246 days. Accordingly, delay of 246 days in preferring appeal is hereby condoned. Appeal be registered.
