DATE : 13.11.2025 This Court by order dated 08.10.2025 by considering the fact that no one is appearing on behalf of the appellant in the matter, to grant one more opportunity to the appellant, adjourned the appeal and directed the office to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.10.2025.

On 15.10.2025, again present appeal was simply adjourned without passing any order in the matter, as there were immediately Diwali Vacations.

Today, again when matter is called out, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant in the matter. 4.

Hence, considering the above said factual position, it is clear that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal on its own merits. The present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
