The learned counsel for the applicant states that the amount of Rs.1,16,000/- is deposited with the registry and that the applicant has no objection if the non-applicant 2 Shri Sagar Rameshrao Pokhare withdraws the said amount.

2] Without prejudice to the rights of the parties, should the parties wish to pursue with the dispute in civil proceeding, the non-applicant 2 is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.1,16,000/- deposited by the applicant.

3] There is no appearance on behalf of non-applicant 2.

4] The registry shall bring this order to the notice of non-applicant 2.

5] In view of the deposit of the disputed amount, this application is allowed.

6] The interim order dated 17.02.2020 is made absolute.
