The only prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to the concerned respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner for his transfer from Krishi Vidyapeeth Kendra, Hiwra to Krishi Vidyapeeth Kendra, Nagpur. Shri A.R.Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 3, states on instructions that the representation of the petitioner would be decided within four weeks. By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 3 that would be binding on the respondent Nos.1 and 3, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
