Shri R.D. Khade, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional GP for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Nobody appears for respondent No. 4, though served.

The parties point out that the controversy is adjudicated upon at Aurangabad Bench on 11.03.2016 and the petition can be disposed of in terms of that adjudication. Accordingly, in terms of paragraphs 11 & 12 of the judgment pronounced on 11.03.2016 in Writ Petition Nos. 4098 of 2014, 5835 of 2013 and 2223 of 2015, we dispose of the present petition. The directions contained in paragraphs 11 & 12 shall also be made applicable in present matter.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
