Date : 27 th October, 2015 The petitioner put his appearance before the Trial Court on 15-10-2008. The issues were framed on 14-5-2012. It is for the first time that on 5-7-2014 the application for permission to file written statement was moved. The matter reached at the stage of pronouncement of judgment. At that stage, this Court had issued notice for final disposal of the matter on 24-3-2015. In view of this, no interference is called for in the order impugned. The petition is dismissed. Needless to say that all questions, including the challenge to the order impugned in this petition, are left open to be decided in regular civil appeal, if such occasion arises.
