This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing cross objection. Delay is of 2627 days. 2.

It is contention of cross objectors that deceased Bandu died in an accident and due to financial crisis cross objectors could not file cross objection within stipulated time and the delay is caused. 3.

Heard learned counsel for parties.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay caused is condoned, however the same shall be subject to waiver of interest on the delayed period if cross objectors succeed in enhancement of compensation. The application is disposed of.
