DATED : 10/03/2025 The present application is filed for substituted service of the notice to respondent No.7. It is submitted that all respondents except respondent No.7 are served. Notice was issued to respondent No.7 on the address, which he has mentioned in Change Report No.1232/2022 and Application No.12/2022 under Section 41-D, which was decided by the Charity Commissioner. It is submitted that respondent No.7 is avoiding the service. As such, the petitioner, therefore, prayed for substituted service.

In view of the facts, petitioner is allowed to serve respondent No.7 by R.P.A.D. as well as to serve the copy of the petition to the Counsel appearing for respondent No.7 before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur, in Change Report, if the Counsel appearing for respondent No.7 therein accepts the same, returnable by 28.03.2025.

The application is disposed of, accordingly.
