DATED : 02-12-2015 None appeared for the petitioners as well as the respondent on 26-08-2015 and 21-10-2015. Today also there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners as well as the respondent.

The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Family Court, rejecting the claim made by the petitioners for grant of interim maintenance to the petitioner No.2. The reasons for not granting interim maintenance to the petitioner No.2 are recorded in paragraph No.14 of the impugned order as follows : "14. In the present case the petitioner No.1 has claimed interim maintenance for her children i.e. son and daughter. The son is aged about 22 years and he has completed B.E. as Civil Engineer. As he has completed the course of Civil Engineer, it is expected that he can earn for his livehihood as he is major. Therefore, petitioner No.2 Swapnil is not entitled for grant of maintenance."

2 wp1940.14 In my view, the reasons given by the Family Court for rejecting the claim made by the petitioner No.2 for grant of interim maintenance cannot be said to be improper and cannot be faulted with. I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
