In view of final orders passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave Petition on 13.1.2017, the applicant (original plaintiff) has moved this Application seeking refund of amount which was deposited by it as a condition for grant of interim orders in its favour. Shri M.Anilkumar, learned counsel appearing for land-owners (respondent nos.1,4 an 5) has no objection. In view of no objection, Application is allowed. The amount along with interest accrued upon it, shall be returned to appellant/applicant.
