DATE : 03.03.2016 Shri Ghate, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has realised that the petitioner would be required to move the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for the contempt of its order. It is stated that the petitioner wishes to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for seeking appropriate action against the respondents and this Court may dispose of this contempt petition.
In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
