DATED : 29-02-2024 The petitioners have challenged the seniority list dated 05-12-2013 on the ground that the same is not prepared in accordance with the law. That being so, the petitioners have filed an objection to the said seniority list, however, the same has not been considered till date. In such an eventuality, the Counsel for petitioners has prayed for directing respondent No.3 to decide the said objection.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the grievances raised in the objection dated 28-12-2023 filed by the petitioners and take a decision accordingly within a period of eight weeks from the production of the copy of this order.
