For the reasons stated in the applications and as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the proposed LRs of deceased Respondent No.6 has no objection, all the Civil Applications are allowed.

The delay caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement is condoned. The abatement is set aside. The necessary corrections be carried out forthwith. 3.

All the Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and LRs of Respondent No.6, has filed Pursis Stamp No. 03/2023, dated 03/05/2023 along with Compromise Deed, dated 02/05/2023, having signatures of the petitioner, respondents and their respective counsel. It is also supported by the affidavits of the respective parties. 5.

The parties to the Compromise Deed are personally present in the Court and they have been identified by their respective counsel.

In view of above, as the matter is amicably settled, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. No order as to costs.
