No ground has been made out for modification of the order dated 12.01.2016 passed in C.A. No.1480/2015 in M.C.A. St. No.14949/2015. The delay was not explained in C.A.O. No.1480/2015. Also, the conviction and the sentence of the applicant-petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 498 and 306 of the Indian Penal Code has been upheld till the Hon'ble Supreme Court and, hence, there is no question of reinstating the petitioner in service.
The civil application stands rejected.
