The petitioners are claiming that they are the license holders, pursuant to the award passed under Section 5(D) of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development & Regulation) Rules, 1967, which is stayed in an appeal by the Minister. 2.

It is informed that neither the appeal is heard nor the application is heard for vacation of stay.

The learned AGP Ms. Sapkal, on instructions submits that the pending appeal preferred by the respondent no.4 can be decided within 12 weeks from today.

Since the statement is made, on instructions received from the Joint Secretary, Department of Marketing, we accept the same. 5.

We direct that the appeal of respondent no.4 be decided within 12 weeks from today.

As such, the petition stands disposed of.
