Though the necessary details are lacking, the civil application is allowed inasmuch as it is not opposed by the non-applicants. The delay of 168 days in filing the appeal is condoned. However, this is on the condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur for the lapse on its part.
