NO. 770/2017 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 30/03/2023 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for subsituted service upon R.No. 1(E) by way of paper publication. As per the bailiff's report, the noticee was not residing at the given address. It is stated in the application that applicants tried their level best to obtain the alternate address of the aforesaid respondent but could not get the same.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the bailiff's report, the applicants are allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Tarun Bharat, Nagpur Edition" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice.
