DATED : 22/08/2022 Only relief prayed for by the petitioner is for a direction to decide the Appeal preferred by the petitioner which is pending with the respondent no. 2 - Commissioner of Tribal Development Department, Nashik. In that Appeal a challenge has been raised to the order of termination dated 24.12.2020.

On 10.08.2022 time was granted to the learned Additional Government Pleader to obtain instructions as regards the period within which the Appeal would be decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader however submits that till date no instructions have been given by the respondent no. 2.

In the interests of justice, it is directed that the Appeal preferred by the petitioner pending with the respondent no. 2 shall be decided on its own merits by 15.11.2022. The petitioner shall cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the said Appeal. All points raised in this writ petition are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
