This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. 2.
Along with the said application, the applicant has filed an affidavit by Mohd.Irfan s/o Sheikh Ibrahim, the injured.

Learned counsel Shri Ashwin Wasnik for the applicant submits that the parties have settled their dispute. 4.
This Court is really unable to understand as to how the parties have settled their dispute when the applicant is in jail. The said shows that the applicant from the jail is trying to pressurize the deponent. Further, Medical Certificate (Exhibit 42) shows that with the grace of God the injured survived.

In that view of the matter, the application is rejected and disposed of accordingly.

Since the applicant is in jail, put up this appeal for final hearing in the next week.

It is made clear that if learned counsel Shri Ashwin Wasnik is not appearing in the matter, the Court will appoint another Advocate from the panel of the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur.
