By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay, which is caused in preferring the revision application, challenging the order of maintenance. 2.

Heard learned counsel, Mr. A.C. Dharmadhikari for the applicant. He submitted that only one day's delay was caused in preferring the appeal, i.e. due to the inadvertence on the part of the learned counsel. 3.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, which appear to be just and satisfactory. Though learned counsel for the non-applicants have objected for the same, the reasons mentioned in the application appear to be reasonable and just cause for condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of one day in preferring the application is hereby condoned.

The criminal application (APPR) No. 18 of 2025 is disposed of.

Criminal Revision Application Stamp No. 854 Of 2025 1.

Learned counsel, Mr. N.B. Kalwaghe, submitted that he has instructions to appear for the non-applicant and requested for some time to file reply.

Stand over after two weeks.

In the meantime, the non-applicants shall not take any coercive steps against the applicant till the filing of the reply.
