By way of present application, the applicant is seeking grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.322 of 2021, dated 28.11.2021 registered with Police Station Jalamb, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations are that all the five accused persons including the applicant assaulted the complainant. As far as the present applicant is concerned, it is alleged that the applicant with handle of the axe assaulted the complainant on his back. 3.

In view of the aforesaid allegations against the applicant, I have perused the Injury Report, which does C.L.Dhakate

19.aba.103.2022.odt not corroborate the case of the prosecution. As prima facie there is no incriminating material available against the applicant to attract Section 326 or 324 of the Indian Penal Code. I am of the opinion that this is a fit case to grant pre-arrest bail to the applicant. 4.

The application is allowed.

In the event of arrest the applicant in Crime No.322 of 2021, dated 28.11.2021 registered with Police Station Jalamb, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. 6.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon for six weeks.

The criminal application is disposed of, accordingly.
