Moreover, as the petitioners do not want to raise challenge to the order of remand of the matter back to the District Deputy Registrar Money Lending for possession, in respect of the sale-deeds executed in favour of Bhaurao Ramchandra Borkar, Madhukar Kisan Ghode and Namdeo Kodu Borkar, petitioners want to withdraw the present writ petition.
