By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order suspending the petitioner from service. It appears that during the pendency of the writ petition, an enquiry was conducted against the petitioner and the petitioner's services are terminated.

In view of the subsequent development, the cause for continuing this writ petition would not survive. The petitioner is free to avail appropriate remedy for challenging the order of termination, if so advised. The writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
