DATED : 05-10-2021 For reasons stated in the application, particularly the averments in paragraphs 3 and 4, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) which reads as under :

"(i) permit the present non-applicant no.2 to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the applicant with this Hon'ble Court in compliance of Order dated 11-12-2018."

It is made clear that the share of non-applicant 1Mrs. Mamta Meshram, who is the mother of Ms. Rajani @ Priyanka @ Divyanka Meshram shall be held in trust by Ms. Rajani Meshram and shall be expended only, as directed by Mrs. Mamta Meshram. In any eventuality, appropriate accounts shall be maintained as regards the share of Mrs. Mamta Meshram is concerned.

Considering that the amount deposited is towards payment of arrears of maintenance, the registry shall not insist on surety or security.
