ATE : FEBRUARY 13 , 2024 The contention of Mr.Wachasundar, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the observations in paras 10 and 11 of the order dated dated 10/01/2024, are an impediment in the right of the petitioner in claiming compensation in case the land of the petitioner is already acquired.

2) Even today also, the petitioner is not certain as to whether his land is acquired or not. In that view of the matter, we hardly see any reason to exercise our review jurisdiction in the matter. As such, the application stands rejected. ( ABHAY J. MANTRI, J. ) ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. ) KOLHE
